Our studio at Lemon Squeeze is the perfect playground for photographers and content creators alike. Located on the Murrieta / Temecula border, this unit is best for photo and video productions with crews of under 5 people. There's a southern facing window with morning light and a curtain for a dreamy look, and the ability to run two sets with two backdrops at the same time. There is also an area for hair and makeup artists to get prepared in and an attached bathroom.

We are happy to share our 700 sq. ft. turnkey studio space conveniently located on Jefferson bordering Murrieta / Temecula. The area has minimalist furnishings, allowing it to be the perfect canvas for any shoot that you may be executing. After entering through the curtains, we have a beautiful, all-white space that comes with an assortment of chairs and a folding table to use at your disposal. Additionally, we have light stands and backdrop stands that you can use. We have a small beverage station that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker that you may use as you wish.

    • Feel free to move things around, but please put things back the way you found them before you leave.

    • Help yourself to the water, & coffee, but please only take what you can consume while you're here.

    • Be transparent please if something breaks, or gets damaged. Just be honest please, there are always solutions.

    • All ages are allowed in the space.

    • Smoke machines are allowed.

    • Nudity is allowed.

    • Security cameras will be on in all rooms, except for the bathroom.  

    • Bluetooth speakers that fit on a table top are permitted if the music playing from them is at a reasonable level. 

    • Food is allowed, but please clean up after yourself.  

    • Smash cake shoots are ONLY allowed when you book the space with the "SMASH CAKE" add-on.  You are expected to clean up after yourself and try to contain the mess.  Without this you will be charged $100 for the violation.

    • Consumption of alcohol is allowed ONLY when you book the space with the "Alcohol Corkage Fee" add-on. Without this, you will be charged $500 for the violation. 

    • There is NO smoking or vaping (including marijuana) allowed inside the unit, or you will receive an additional charge of $500. 

    • Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

    • No Pets allowed.

    • No glitter or confetti, dry color, oil, liquid, chalk, dirt, soil, sand, rocks, or similar materials can be used, or you will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee of $500.

    • Absolutely NO loud music with bass that could shake the building, no live bands, and no sound or DJ equipment may be brought into the space to be used. 

    • Additionally, if we receive a complaint about loud noise from one of the commercial or residential tenants, the sound must get quiet or your booking will have to end.

    • Free onsite parking

    • Parking is spacious.

    • Several spots available.

    • Parking is rarely difficult.

    • At your scheduled time ring the bell.

    • Farley or Elley will let you in and show you around the space.

    • We ask that you check in at your designated time and not earlier.

    • We do not accommodate free time for setting up there is no "grace period" for this, so that time needs to be included in your reservation. 

    • There will be someone there to check you in even if you’re running late.

    • Your time booked is what you’re allotted for no matter what time you arrive.

    • We know that life happens, however, so additional time may be purchased so long as it available. This option is not guaranteed to be available.

    • Please plan accordingly.

    • Pick up any dropped, left out, or left behind items that you may have brought into the space. 

    • This includes water bottles, clothing tags, hangers, tape on the floor, etc. 

    • Put the folding tables and chairs back in their original space. If the curtains were closed, the ones by the door must be pulled back again before your departure. 

    • Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at the hourly rate of the space; this includes any time spent before or after your confirmed booking. 

    • We do not accommodate free time for setting up and tearing down and there is no "grace period" for this, so that time needs to be included in your reservation. 

    • At the end of your reservation, you must remove all belongings and items that you brought into the space and leave the property to avoid this overage charge. 

    • If your overtime conflicts with the next reservation, you will be billed at 2.5x the hourly rate as a result of this negligence.

    • Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.

    • Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
